• Can I purchase tickets for the New Year’s Eve Family night without buying the package?
Answer: No, we are sorry, but in order to ensure we have space for everyone, the event activities are exclusively for those who purchase the package


• My son wants to bring a friend. Can I purchase an additional ticket?
Answer: Each package is limited to purchasing one additional Admission into Family Fun Night Area. This ticket is all inclusive and will include: 1 meal ticket, 1 Ice Cream Sundae ticket, 1 admission into Family Fun Night Activities, 1 favor bag for children over age of 3, and party favors for one additional child. Should you want more than one additional ticket, you will need to purchase an additional package. Our guest rooms are limited to a maximum occupancy of five people. We recommend that you reserve two packages and split the adults between the rooms if you have more than 5 people.
• What time does the movie theater open?
Answer: We will be showing 5 different movies throughout the evening. The first one will start at 3:00pm


• What time is the meal?
Answer: Our Meal will be available from 5:00pm-7:00pm inside the Family Fun Night Activity Area.


• What time is the “Make Your Own Sundae” area available?
Answer: You can make your own Sundae from 6:00pm-8:00pm


• When does the Activity Area open?
Answer: The movie theater will open at 3:00pm. The Activity area will open at 5:00pm. Movies will conclude at 12:20am and the Activity area will close at Midnight. Our pool will be open until Midnight.


• When and where do we sign up for the Wii tournaments?
Answer: We will have sign up beginning at 4:00pm in the lobby area. Sign up will be concluded at 5:30pm.


• Why are you only selling a LIMITED NUMBER of packages?
Answer: This is the first time that the hotel has offered this package and we need to ensure that we have enough food, party favors, favor bags, and prizes for those attending. Make your reservation early.


• Is the Meal Buffet unlimited?
Answer: No. Each ticket allows you to go through the Buffet line once. There will be an opportunity for you to purchase an Extra Line pass to go through the Buffet in the Family Fun Night Area. The additional pass would be $5.00 each.


• What is on the Meal Buffet?
Answer: Included on the buffet will be: A variety of fresh baked pizzas, hamburgers with the fixins, potato chips, garlic bread sticks, macaroni & cheese, carrots, celery sticks, dipping sauce.


• What is on Sundae Bar?
Answer: Vanilla & Choc. Ice Cream. Your choice of delicious mouth watering toppings including: hot fudge, choc. Sauce, rainbow sprinkles, oreo topping, whipped cream, and gummy bears.


• Can we take our food into the pool area?
Answer: Yes. Food and drink that is purchased from the hotel can be taken into the pool area. Outside food or beverages that were not purchased from the hotel will not be allowed in the pool area on New Year’s Eve- YOU MUST PURCHASE the food & beverage from the hotel or it will not be permitted inside the pool area.


• Can I drop my kids off and come back for them later?
Answer: We have designed the Family Fun Night Area to be for Families. We will not have babysitters for children. Any child that is not accompanied by an adult will not be permitted to enter the area. We recommend that you reserve more than one package to accommodate at least two families. In that way, parents can “split” their time supervising children and adults can choose to purchase tickets and attend the Dr. Jim Wand Hypnotist show on the other side of the hotel.


• Can we bring our own activities or games?
Answer: Certainly. Just make sure that you keep them with you, so they do not get mixed up with the other games provided.


• How early can we check in?
Answer: Check in time is at 3:00pm; however we are offering a Limited number of packages an Early Check-In of Noon for an additional fee of $20.00. Please let your Reservationist know if you would like that option.


• What time is Check Out?
Answer: With your package you get a late check out of 1:00pm on New Year’s Day
